1. Sealing device

       Grinder Pumps should be equipped with a double sealing device, composed of upper and lower sealing devices, to protect the motor from the pumping liquid. The lower sealing device should be a double lip seal with rubber or butadiene rubber to keep foreign objects away from the main upper sealing device. The upper sealing device should be made of hard silicon carbide composite material, equipped with Crane T-6a stainless steel shell and spring. The interface of the motor board housing should be sealed with a butadiene rubber O-ring.


2. Impeller

       The impeller is an investment casting stainless steel impeller. There should be extraction blades on the back cover of the impeller to keep the debris away from the sealing area. The motor shaft should pass through the impeller and be locked.
